Thanks to innovations and amazing DISTeNO technology, from now it is possible to create utensils of diamond carbide tungsten.
The new cutters for stump preparation, defined carbide-DIA, result to be composed by lamellar tools in carbide of tungsten dressed homogeneously by well anchored diamond grains either chemically or mechanically. Finally exist cutters that cut, abrade and finish up contemporarily, consenting the dentist to use only one passage for the rough-shaping and the finishing touch, speeding up unbelievably the preparation. A whole system of preparation of the stump in only one tool! The big advantage is also a non comparable duration with traditional diamond burs.
Talking about surgery, from the well known HXU254.316.010, a bur that more than any other know how interpret the world of surgery and the working methods in dentistry, now are born HXU254.15 DISTeNO and HXU254.40 DISTeNO.
If the traditional version has been considered revolutionary because of its monoblock structure of carbide of tungsten, the new burs differ from the traditional version in the addition of fine diamond grains over the cuttings, in the way to create a bond between the crystals and tungsten carbide; an unique procedure of its kind!
These new products amplify three fundamental qualities of a surgical bur: the speed, the precision and cutting control. The intention, in fact, is to use the mechanical action of the blades to get a fast cut and the abrasive action of the diamond to stabilize and improve the precision and the control of the cutter on extremely hard biological tissues, as cortical bone or enamel. Never before has been introduced a rotative instrument line with such innovative technology.
