1. Shark Implants
Our Shark Implants have been developed using state of the art technology and precision manufacturing. They come in a range of specifications and their unique design features ensure;

Product Specification
Top Implants’ grade 5 titanium implants come in a choice of sizes:

Implant Description
Shark Implants are formed with converging threads that originate from two different points on the implant body.
The dental implant body itself has three cones and variable thread design:
 The main part of the implant has a cone that is angled depending upon its length.
 The cone of the external thread track is angled at between 90 – 180° to the main implant body cone.
 The final cone is located on the neck of the implant and is formed from two fine threads which broaden to make a cone dependent on the diameter size of the implant.
These combined features ensure ease and speed of treatment alongside maximum functionality and patient comfort.
Thread Shape
Our variable thread design ensures accurate placement and immediate stability.
 The dual thread design of the Shark Implant broadens out as it spirals along the length of this exceptional dental implant. The neck has a thread pitch of 2.4mm (1.2mm for each thread).
 The neck thread starts from two places and has a pitch of up to 0.6mm (0.3mm per thread).
 The edge of the implant apex is rounded for maximum comfort and fit.
Internal Interface
 The internal hexagon is 2.2mm deep and formed with an internal thread of 2.5mm for fixing the abutment and super abutment units 1–72” .
Implant Treatments
 The length of the implant surface is treated by injecting wet aluminum oxide and by etching in hydroflouric and sulfuric acids followed by neutralizer. After treatment, the remains of the materials used are flushed out and the surface is then cleaned.
 Packing takes place in a clean 10,000 class room.
 Sterilization is via pasteurization using γ-rays.

Bone Compression during Installation
 Horizontal Compression: Our Shark Implant is designed to minimize the lowering of the bone due to its ground-breaking body cone structure and external thread size. These maintain the gap between the dental implant and the bone during the installation process by ensuring that the depth of thread in the apical area exceeds the size of the implant neck area, thus pushing the bone horizontally.
 Vertical Compression: Another intelligent design feature is the variable thickness of the tread which generates tension along the implant installation path, leading to the vertical compression of the bone.
Sinus Lifts and Closed Sinuses
 These smart thread design features, along with the dense thread in the implant neck, create an improved primary stabilization. This is particularly crucial for sinus lifts when a patient has thin bone and the major part of the stabilization load is applied to the implant neck.
 In the case of a closed sinus lift, the rounded apex also reduces the risk of a thread causing a torn membrane during implant installation.
Features of the implant neck and internal interface
 The edge of the implant neck is specially designed to reduce the gap between the implant connection and the abutment from the implant neck. It minimizes the implant neck compression around that gap.
 The internal interface enables the connection of the superstructure at an angle suitable for prosthetic rehabilitation and prevents rotation of the superstructure members.
Osseointegration

 The implant surface treatment undertaken generates a rough surface which improves the contact between the implant and the bone, encouraging enhanced osseointegration.

Thin Alveolar Bone

Dolphin dental implants are characterized by a single cylindrical thread along the implant body.
The dental implant body itself has three cones and variable thread design:
 The implant body has a cylindrical contour, with the thread contour differing from the external implant contour.
 The neck thread is comprised of two beginnings which create a cone shape that broadens in correlation to the diameter size.
 The neck edge has a variable angle, again in accordance with the implant diameter.
 The edge of the implant apex is rounded.
These special design features facilitate ease of insertion, optimized treatment as well as maximum functionality and comfort.

Our Whale implants have a conical thread with a single beginning point on the implant body.
The dental implant body has three elements:
 The main part of the implant has cylindrical contours with a thread contour that differs to the external contour.
 The cone of the implant neck is designed for maximum connection to the soft tissue surrounding the bone.
 The cylindrical implant head has four faces and is designed for prosthetic rehabilitation. It protrudes inside the mouth above the soft tissue.

Thread Shape
Thread placement and shape ensure that the Whale implant offers clinicians optimum positioning and stability. .

Reduced Mesiodistal Gap
 Whale implants are suitable in cases of reduced mesiodistal gap.
Installation following Tooth Extraction
 The installation of dental implants immediately following a tooth extraction is possible due to the anatomic configuration of the implant abutment. Temporary implants can also be used.
4. Top Implants Abutments
a) Product Specification: Straight Titanium Abutment
Top Implants’ straight abutments are made from titanium and are available in two sizes:
 For implants with diameters of: 3.3, 3.8 and 4.2mm
 For implants with diameters of: 5 and 6mm
Implant Description
 Our Straight Titanium Abutments are connected to the implant through a hex connection.
 The neck of the mount is 1.3mm wide and has a converging body with a beveled incline. Opposite this is a vertical slot which is parallel to the hexagon faces.
 A 2.5mm high hexagon inside the abutment is used to insert the implant driver and the abutment.
 A peripheral locking slot is located 1mm below the abutment bevel. A 1.72” thread titanium fastener goes through the abutment. In addition, internal tapping is used to prevent the screw from falling inside the abutment.
Advantages of Straight Titanium Abutments
 They can be used with two platforms; normal and narrow.
 The bevel area and the counter slot design prevent superstructure rotation and ensure tight contact and swift healing of the abutment.
 Peripheral tightening, along with the ring section of the abutment, enables simple and precise insertion and mounting. Clinicians can attach a coping or temporary reconstruction to the abutment.
 The internal hexagon leads to the implant installation area and uses a driver that fastens to the implant after the abutment’s removal. This is undertaken using either a manual driver or a driver that is connected to hand unit.
 Internal tapping configuration prevents the fastening screw’s disengagement from the implant.
 The abutment serves as a channel that prevents contact and friction between inserted pieces and the internal hexagonal of the implant.
b) Product Specification: Aesthetical Direct Abutment
This product is similar to the Straight Titanium Abutment with the following additional elements:
 The anatomically configured abutment neck has ascending and descending
shoulders.
 The height of the neck varies between 1 to 4 mm and is available in four different sizes.
 There is the option of different peripheral contact rings being provided in the upper third of the abutment. This tightens the superstructure to prostheses such as
copings, healing caps or temporary coronas.
 Abutments come in 15 and 25° angle configurations.
c) Product Specification: Angular Abutments
Top Implants’ angular abutments are made from titanium and are available in two sizes:
 For implants with diameters of: 3.3, 3.8 and 4.2mm
 For implants with diameters of: 5 and 6mm
Implant Description
 The abutment neck has an anatomic configuration with ascending and descending shoulders.
 The height of the neck varies between 1 and 4mm and is available in four different heights. The body converges at an angle of 15 or 25° with an option of peripheral ring for fixing prosthetic superstructure members.
 The driver of the tightening screw starts above the anatomical shoulder of the abutment wall.
 A short-head tightening screw with the added benefit of internal tapping is used to prevent the screw from falling inside the abutment.
5. Coping
Product Specification:
Our dental coping is available in four designs:
 in a configuration that matches the conducting abutment,
 in a straight anatomical configuration,
 in an angular configuration of 15°,
 in an angular configuration of 25°.
a) Coping Description
 There is an internal relief ring on the inner side of the surface which is locked on the tightening ring of the abutment.
 This aids precision and maximizes retention over the external surface.
 The surface has been specially designated to fix the coping in the imprint material.
 The imprint material also has design features which facilitate the making of impressions at abutment level.
b) Press Coping Description
 Our press coping has a cylindrical coping body with three beveled areas and three peripheral slots. These facilitate the retention and prevention of rotation inside the imprinting form as well as within the hexagon, which is connected to the internal hexagon of the implant.
 The cylindrical pin has 5mm slots along its length. Our smart design also features an external ring at the locking edge, which is situated inside the internal tapping of the implant.
 Our press coping is made from stainless steel and is specifically designed for the making of implant impressions.
6. Plastic Healing Caps
Product Specification:
Top Implants plastic healing caps are made from Derlin 500 and are available in four designs:
 in a configuration that matches the conducting abutment,
 in a straight anatomical configuration,
 in an angular configuration of 15°,
 in an angular configuration of 25°.
Healing Cap Description
 There is an internal relief ring on the inner side of the surface which is locked on the tightening ring of the abutment.
 This aids precision and maximizes retention over the external surface.
 The cap is formed without an internal ring and has a smooth external surface.
7. Dental Implant Molds
Product Specification:
Our dental implant molds are made from Derlin 500 and are made in four designs, each of which comes in two sizes:
 Derlin 500 body with a hexagon,
 Derlin 500 body with a fixed connection and a titanium tightening screw,
 Derlin 500 body with a titanium connector with a hexagon tightening screw,
 Derlin 500 body with a titanium connector with a round, titanium tightening screw.
Using Implant Molds:
Top Implants molds have been designed for abutments engraved in a dental laboratory. They can also be used with screw-on coronas made from noble metals, which are resistant to corrosion and oxidation.
8. Implant Ball Connectors
Our ball connectors are made from grade 5 titanium.
Product Specification:
Our ball attachments come in two designs:
 for two coronas for a wide and narrow platforms,
 available at five heights between 0 and 7mm,
Implant Ball Description
Our implant ball attachments have the following features;
 a single unit with a cylindrical implant body connected with a 1-72” threaded screw.
 a connector formed with a conical neck which has variable transmucosal height.
 a round connector head with a diameter of between 2.2 – 2.5mm at the upper part of the internal hexagonal head at a depth of 1.3mm.
 a hexagonal adaptor for the coating cap.
 tightening screws of the abutments with an external locking ring which is locked in a metal cradle. This is connected to the removable prosthesis.
9. Coating Heads
Our dental implant coating heads are made from grade 5 titanium.
Product Design:
Our coating head design has several key features;
 it facilitates the coating of the dental implant during recovery,
 it integrates with the bone in two places; on a wide platform of 4.5mm and/or of 3.8 mm.
 The length of the screw is 6 mm and it has a thread of 1-72" as well as a round coating head.
10. Healing Caps
Our healing caps are made from grade 4 titanium and are designed for coating the implant during recovery.
a) Product Design:
Features of our healing caps include:
 a design that amalgamates with the bone before or after the implant exposure,
 it merges with the soft tissue after the recovery period in two places,
 it is suitable for a wide platform of 4.5mm and/or 3.8 mm,
 the length of the screw is 6 mm and it has a thread of 1-72",
 it is finished with a round coating head for maximum comfort and fit,
 there is a 1-72" hexagon at a depth of 1.5 mm at the centre of the healing cap.
b) Comparable Healing Cap Products
 A 303 stainless steel piece with cylindrical external configuration. This has three beveled areas and two peripheral slots for retention and prevention of rotation in plaster.
 The hexagonal internal area fits two types of implant platform; the narrow fitting being 3.8mm and the wide fitting measuring 4.5mm.
 An analog matching the aesthetic abutment. The body matches the implant in a similar way to that of internal tapping. It has a connection screw of gold coping at its edge. Check our catalog for the diameter sizes available.
 An analog matching product, similar to that in the first point but with its upper part fitting the configuration of the plastic conductive abutment or both.
c) Connection Abutments
Our connection abutments are made from 5 grade titanium and match two platform sizes.
Connection Abutment Features:
 it has a hexagonal neck of a conical abutment at a height of 0.5mm, 1.5mm and 2.5 mm,
 it forms a peripheral shoulder in the conically beveled abutment body at the hexagonal abutment neck level.
 its internal part matches a XXX long tightening screw with a variable neck diameter,
 it is fitted to the internal part of the implant, tightening the aesthetic abutment to the implant. The screw head is external to the abutment at a height of 15mm with internal tapping to the screw of the corona connection.
d) Plastic Heads
Our dental implant plastic heads are designed for aesthetic Derlin 500 abutments and have inbuilt features to aid both treatment and performance.
Product Design
Our titanium implant heads
 our plastic heads have an internal part which matches the aesthetic abutment,
 the external part has a small variable diameter as well as a straight cylinder at a variable heights
 it has a standard screw abutment system.
 The system matches two implant platforms and is connected to the implant at a height of 1-72 without HEX.
 the conical abutment neck is at a height of 0.3mm.
 the body shape is cylindrical with a diameter of 4mm and variable height from 2 to 5 mm.
Product Features:
The upper part of the radius has internal tapping in the center of the head which is intended for tightening the screw of the plastic head in order to support molding.
The internal part matches the upper part of the abutment, with external configuration being identical to the plastic which allows for the connection abutment molding.
The titanium connection screw has a head at a height of 2.2 mm and a diameter of
2.9mm. The hex implant in the upper part has a width of 1.25mm.
